Clinical Trials of Aspoxicillin in Hemato-Oncologic Patients

Abstract
|
|
|
Aspoxicillin is a new semisynthetic penicillin dervative with a broad antibactericidal spectrum against gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
The clinical effects of aspoxicillin were evaluated on 23 cases of various inferctious disease in hemato-oncologic patients, Effective treated cases were as follows: pneumonia(7), upper respiratory tract infection(3), pyelnephritis(3),
peritonitis(2),
and cholecystitis(1). Without considering the underlying disease and their serverity, the overall clinical efficacy rates were 69%.
There were no specific side effect.
